By default it answers only from your content (RAG): it searches the index, builds the answer from your sources, and shows the source under the reply. When unsure, it says your custom fallback — or hands off to a human.
No. It works on any WordPress site. When WooCommerce is active, the order, stock, coupon and refund actions activate automatically, and smart search shows your products with images and prices.
Your choice: any OpenAI-compatible provider — OpenAI, Azure, OpenRouter, Groq, or even a local server on your own hardware. You add your own key; it is stored encrypted and never shown again.
Everything lives in your own WordPress database: conversations, leads, and the vector store itself (inside MySQL — no external vector service). With PII masking, GDPR consent, and a retention period you control.
Fully: Arabic admin & widget, Tajawal font by default, complete RTL, and auto-translate that replies in whatever language the visitor writes.
